For the past 3 years, she has helped over 30 early-stage businesses get off the ground and scale. Prior to consulting, Laura worked on the Acquisition team at Casper, managing paid social and influencer marketing.

TJ started his career at VaynerMedia where he worked as a media buyer and planner across several CPG conglomerates like ABInbev, PepsiCo, and P&G. After helping drive growth for P&G’s direct-to-consumer business, he transitioned to consulting for smaller eCommerce brands in 2020.
